Since 1978, Steve Lusk has designed, developed, built and sold more than $100 million of family homes in San Diego. In 1990, we committed our talent and energy exclusively to residential remodeling. Small at first, we created "Ask the Builder" for local radio and television and magazine article writing. Local newspaper articles featuring our remodeling projects brought more attention. Steve also served on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association and was president of the Remodelers Council. Notoriety and professional recognition followed with the San Diego "Remodeler of the Year" Award in 1996. Remodeling Magazine named LUSK to the BIG 50 Hall of Fame as one of the top remodelers in the USA.

LUSK design and construction services are generated and managed "in house" by a staff of 6 plus a production staff of 8 in the field. We also rely on a professional family of licensed specialty contractors including electrical, plumbing, heating and air, drywall, painting and roofing.
